Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Our subscription boxes are curated and delivered monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the specified amount at the intervals you’ve chosen.
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
billing & payment
Your payment information is securely processed. Charges will be automatically deducted based on your subscription plan. You can manage your subscription in your account settings. Subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not available for boxes that have already been shipped or if the cancellation request is made after the billing date.
product variations
Most of our items are hand-crafted, small-batch products. It is natural that there will be variations in the product you receive, which may include variations in colours, textures and prints. Product availability may vary, and we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in the event of supply issues.
shipping & delivery
We aim to deliver on time, but delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers. We use Australia Post to ship throughout Australia. Shipping of the first box will be within 7 days of the date of order. All subsequent boxes will be shipped on the business day closest to the 15th day of the month.
limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

The Post-Natal and Milestones information is made available on the basis that Twelve Months of Sunshine is not providing professional advice on a particular matter. The information provided is not a substitute for independent professional advice. gift cards
Gift cards will be forwarded to the purchaser in a ‘presentation’ box. It is the recipient’s responsibility to contact Twelve Months of Sunshine by email at hello@twelvemonthsofsunshine.
