Shipping Methods
We exclusively use Australia Post for shipping within Australia. You can choose between standard shipping and express shipping during the checkout process. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 15 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 business days from dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by Australia Post and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Simply visit the Australia Post website and enter the tracking number for real-time updates on the delivery status.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Delivery Issues

Delivery to Remote Areas
Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer than the estimated times mentioned above. Australia Post’s serviceability and delivery times to these areas may vary.
gift cards
Gift cards will be forwarded to the purchaser in a ‘presentation’ box. It is the recipient’s responsibility to contact Twelve Months of Sunshine by email at hello@twelvemonthsofsunshine.
